Former Prime Minister of Pakistan and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan’s sons, Kasim Khan and Sulaiman Khan, have expressed concern over their father’s health, alleging that family members, lawyers and doctors have been prevented from meeting him for months.
The two sons have called for transparency regarding Imran Khan’s condition and demanded that his family and medical team be allowed access to him.
However, the Pakistani authorities have rejected the allegations of a communication blackout, stating that claims of restricting access to the jailed former prime minister are inaccurate. Officials maintain that legal procedures and prison regulations are being followed and that necessary facilities are available to him according to the rules.
Imran Khan, who remains imprisoned in connection with multiple legal cases, continues to be a major political figure in Pakistan. His supporters have repeatedly raised concerns over his treatment in custody, while the government maintains that all actions are being taken within the framework of the law.
